Hi, I'm Dr. Jessica Louie. I'm the voice behind The Burnout Doctor Podcast and my framework Clarify Simplify Align.

What's included in the Clarify Course?

Lesson 1: Introduction

We'll walk through why clarity of our values and purpose matter, how values and goals differ and I'll share my story and mistakes I made along the way.

Lesson 2: Define your Purpose & Values

We'll dive deep into a step-by-step process and walk you through how to find your purpose and values for yourself. This is very individualized and I break it down into small steps so it is not overwhelming for you. By the end, you'll have your purpose/WHY and value/HOW statement drafts!

Lesson 3: Personal Checkup

Just as in medicine, you want to do perform a personal checkup on how you are currently living your life and where you're spending your time. Once we have this data, you'll be able to set up your ideal week with intention. I'll walk you through time-blocking your day and weekly schedule. You'll take ownership of your time!

Lesson 4: TAKE ACTION!

It's great to gain clarity of our purpose and values but it doesn't mean much if we don't live them day-to-day, right? This lesson walks you through my signature C.U.R.A.T.E Method in how we intentionally live our values and include them in our decisions, actions and life!
